Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with Saturday appointments available when a weekday walkthrough does not work. We are licensed under Arizona ROC #154361 and carry full liability and workers' compensation coverage, and we are happy to send certificates before work starts.

We install across the Phoenix Valley: Scottsdale, Phoenix, Paradise Valley, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Tempe, Queen Creek, Peoria, Glendale, Surprise, and Fountain Hills. What Happens After You Reach Out

1. You call us, or the estimator gives you a number. Voicemails left over the weekend get returned Monday morning. For the fastest answer, call the office during business hours.
2. Short qualifying conversation. We ask what you are building, roughly how big it is, where the property is, and when you would like it done. This takes a few minutes and saves everyone a wasted appointment.
3. On-site walkthrough. We measure, check grade and drainage, look at access, and go through material samples with you. Typically scheduled within a week, and there is no charge.
4. Written fixed-scope quote. Usually within two to three business days of the visit. It names the material, base depth, square footage, demo, and edge detail so there is nothing vague to argue about later.
5. Scheduling. Once you approve, we put you on the calendar. Lead time depends on the season, and spring and fall book up first.

What to Have Ready

None of this is required, but the more of it you have, the faster we can get you an accurate number.

• Approximate square footage, even a rough length by width measurement.
• Photos of the area as it looks now, including any existing concrete or pavers.
• Whether there is a slab to demo and haul away.
• Any drainage problems you already know about, like pooling after a monsoon.
• The material you are leaning toward, or the look you want if you are unsure.
• Your budget range and your target timeline.
• HOA material or color restrictions, if your community has them.
• Gate width and access, so we know whether equipment can get to the work area.
