    Acceptance of Terms

    Use of the Website

    You may use the Website to learn about Stone Creations and our paver contractor services, request a quote, get a rough cost estimate, browse our project gallery, and read our educational content. You agree to use the site lawfully, not to attempt to disrupt or compromise it, and not to scrape, copy, or republish content without permission.

    Estimator Tool Disclaimer

    Our cost estimator is provided as a convenience and educational tool only. The number it produces is an approximation based on the inputs you provide and typical pricing in our area. It is not a binding quote.

    Actual pricing for any project depends on conditions that can only be confirmed by an in-person site visit, including base preparation, drainage, access, materials selected, and existing site conditions. We will provide a formal, written quote after visiting your property. Only that written quote is binding.

    Intellectual Property

    All content on this Website, text, photos, project galleries, logos, graphics, and design, is the property of Stone Creations or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and share links to the Website but may not copy, reproduce, or republish content without our written permission.

    User-Submitted Content

    The Website includes a password-protected portal used by our own staff to upload project photos and content. By submitting content through that portal, the submitter confirms they have the right to do so and grants Stone Creations permission to publish, edit, and use that content on the Website and in marketing materials.

    We do not solicit unsolicited submissions from the general public. If you send us photos or content outside the staff portal, you grant us the same permission unless you state otherwise in writing.

    Disclaimer of Warranties

    The Website is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Educational content is provided in good faith but should not replace advice from a licensed professional for your specific project.

    This limitation does not apply to actual paid contracting work, which is governed by the separate written contract you sign with us for that project.
